About Me

Hey I am Will Stephens. Ever since I was very young, I have had a deep passion for music. This passion led me to discover various genres, styles and instruments. At the age of 8, I started drumming, consistently developing my skills behind the kit. Well over a decade on, I still have that same passion and I still continuously strive to hone my skills as a musician.

When I was 17, I had already participated in various competitions throughout Australia, even earning a full scholarship to earn my bachelor of music at JMC. I have performed in many bands, but mainly stay focused on Odd Tastes, where I also sing and perform using Ableton (as well as drums!)

I have been teaching drums for 9 years. I have taught people from all ages and all skill levels. I am currently the drum teacher and a ensemble leader at Phoenix P-12 Community College and St Patricks College Ballarat. I have also been running my own private teaching studio for the past 7 years.

Over the 15 years I have spent learning, preforming and working in the music industry I have learnt many skills that I hope I can help teach you too.
